Hi there. I have been a licensed clinical therapist for 10 years. I am offering individual and couples talk therapy for adolescents and adults, and accepting several insurances through the Parent-Child Interaction Center in Ft. Collins. Through my individual practice, The Guided Path Therapy, I am also offering private pay walk/hike and talk therapy (and virtual if preferred) where we are able to utilize the healing qualities of the environment, mindfulness, and our bodies to increase therapeutic progress on your journey to wellness.
