I have extensive experience working with adults. I have provided care in hospital crisis intervention settings, outpatient psychoeducation groups for women, and partial hospitalization programs for men struggling with substance use. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which helps individuals understand and heal different parts of themselves, particularly in the context of trauma. I am also trained in Somatic Therapy, which supports clients in recognizing and relieving emotional discomfort held in the body.
