I am a relational, trauma-informed therapist who prioritizes meaningful, authentic connection as the foundation for healing and growth. I believe our relationships, with ourselves and others, shape how we experience the world, and therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect, heal, and move forward. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, athletes and performers, and young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, people-pleasing, life transitions, and performance-related challenges. I hold my LMHC, LCPC, and CMPC, allowing me to integrate mental health therapy with performance psychology.
