Welcome, my name is Ariana Kiefer, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I can treat a wide-range of mental health issues and phase of life issues. I pride myself in being an extremely approachable therapist. I purposely maintain a small practice so that I can be readily available to my clients when they need me. My practice is entirely virtual in order to be more accessible to my clients. I aim to help you heal and become mentally healthy using holistic approaches as well as anything else that would be in your best interest. In our first session we will build rapport and I will gauge your situation and mental health status. The first session will be relaxed and this too is an opportunity for you to ask me questions about therapy and how it works. I always cultivate a warm and welcoming setting for my clients and explain the therapy process step-by-step.
