I have been a clinical psychologist for 21 years working in a federal prison with those with depression, anxiety, bipolar, substance abuse issues, trauma, psychosis, personality disorders, suicidal behaviors, self-harm, and disruptive behaviors. During graduate school I trained in various settings, including outpatient clinics, and various court and prison systems before going to internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I have been the coordinator over residential drug programs and have created other mental health units within the prison. Currently I am the Chief Psychologist supervising 7 staff and multiple programs.
