“Don’t try to be good, try to understand.” I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with Lavender Wellness. I hold the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in their well-being, and that therapy is one of the greatest investments one could make. I work to create a safe, cathartic outlet for everyone who comes through my door; I encourage reframing of negative thought patterns, and strive to meet every client with the empathetic understanding that they deserve.
