I am currently accepting new clients. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in creating emotional safety, so clients feel supported, respected and understood. I approach therapy with empathy and curiosity taking time to understand each client's values, lived experiences, and unique needs. Together we build a collaborative, cullturally responsive treatment plan that is reviewed and adjusted to support meaningful progress and growth.
