Counseling is a collaborative process. In my private practice I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. I believe in an empathetic, non judgmental approach to helping clients understand their behaviors and patterns. I specialize in working with clients using a somatic approach to heal from past traumas and feel present and restored. I use various treatment modalities in conjunction with a clients need. By providing a safe environment clients and I will collaborate a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings. I teach clients to become observers of their thoughts and feelings in effort to respond instead of react.
