Hi I'm Ariel! My passions include working with client's who struggle with managing their anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism, LGBTQIA+ issues, relationship conflict, difficult family dynamics, life transitions and helping anyone find ways to get back on their feet after a difficult time. I love to work side by side with my client's to explore their needs and the get to the root of what is causing the distress in their lives. I have spent my career thus far working with children, adolescents, couples and families and have been trained in EMDR.
