I want to focus on helping you feel more grounded, gain insight into what you’re experiencing, and build tools that support your overall well-being. My hope is that therapy feels like a steady, supportive partnership as you move toward greater clarity and balance in your life. I draw upon a variety of resources and theories, depending on each individual and what works for them. My priority is to create a space for you to feel nurtured, supported, and to have the opportunity to reflect on what's happening in your life.
