My goal in fostering a therapeutic space is to help individuals enhance their skills to live their life to their fullest potential. We will work together to reach goals that harness that full potential. My areas of interest are perinatal therapy and enhancing maternal and paternal mental health which I do by working with moms and dads who are expecting, trying to conceive, and find themselves navigating the postpartum period. I also enjoy working with young adults and adults who may be struggling with difficult life transitions, anxiety, or depression.
