Life gets messy quickly. It is my role to support you in moving through this messiness with grace, exploring the emotions that come up with it. I will push you to explore how you are contributing to patterns that are holding you back, allowing you to see more clearly how you can grow and curate a life that you enjoy. I work with clients who are navigating the impact of past past experiences recurring patterns in their current relationships and life circtumstances. We work together through EMDR and family systems to process and move through these experiences to gain deeper understanding of self and growth.
