Ariel Zaksenberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York who has been practicing since 2018. Ariel believes a therapist’s job is to help people get “unstuck.” She works collaboratively with patients to improve their awareness (behaviorally, emotionally, and somatically) and interrupt repetitive patterns so that they feel increasingly in control of personal choices.
