I work with adult and young adult individuals and couples who know that something needs to change in their lives or relationships, but aren’t sure where to start. Whether it’s anxiety or depression, or relationships with a romantic partner, a family member, a friend, or within yourself, I help people untangle the patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll explore where those dynamics come from, how they’re playing out now, and what needs to change. Along the way, you’ll build self-awareness, gain clarity, and begin making different choices that lead to more connected, authentic, and fulfilling experiences and relationships.
