Hello! I am an independently licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with people managing complex trauma, emotional challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and identity exploration. I work with adolescents and adults. My background has been working with adolescents and their families on behavioral dysregulation, depression and anxiety, substances use, social dynamics, and unsafe decision making. I am committed to trauma-informed and anti-oppressive work. My approach to therapy is client led, while guiding individuals to identify strengths and feel empowered in their growth. I believes that supportive treatment includes finding a path towards healing, one step at a time. I focus on creating a non-judgmental and safe environment where both trust and empathy are the bedrock of the therapeutic relationship.
