Do you struggle with your body image and experience shame when you look in the mirror? Are you paralyzed with anxiety and unsure how to move forward in your life? Are you in the midst of a crisis of faith and unsure how to cope with the costs and uncertainty? I want to walk alongside you as I help you learn to interact differently with the thoughts and emotions that come along side theses experiences of anxiety, depression, and uncertainty. I am best suited to work with people who are experiencing body shame and seeking recovery from diet culture, and those experiencing a faith crisis/deconstruction.
