As a child of immigrants, I have had my fair share of feeling stuck, confused, or vulnerable especially in environments that didn’t quite reflect my experiences. As an art therapist and counselor, I focus on creating safer, trauma-informed spaces for individuals to explore themselves more authentically and to bring awareness of how they can be more empowered in their relationships and larger communities.
