I strive to help individuals families and couples to build connection and increase their understanding of one another. I seek to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental place for people to come together and work through life’s challenges. This process includes creating goals and working collaboratively with my clients to meet the needs of each individual involved in the therapy process. I supervise a team of clinicians working towards their license which in turn supports my own work by remaining up to date on current evidence-based practices and providing most ethical care possible.
