My main priority is to help clients feel safe and accepted while working towards our collaborative goals. I utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions to support the best outcomes for my clients. My specialties include relational concerns, trauma, and gender-affirming care. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate: phases of life, communication difficulties, attachment injuries, and various traumas. I am passionate about trauma work and healing of our inner worlds. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as an approved Consultant-in-training and Coach.
