I believe in working with the total person: mind, body, and spirit. I assist clients in finding their own personal strength, wisdom, and enlightenment. I am certified to work with all anxiety disorders and EMDR trained. I have extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals, couples, and families struggling with a myriad of issues, including substance use, relationships, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I work with the client’s strengths while helping each to examine themself, their environment, and the relationship between the two. The change is in you. I am here to help. I provide therapy aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, sleep, relationships, and self-esteem. I teach skills to recognize and cope with emotions such as anger. I welcome issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. I can provide insight and understanding as well as the skills to make life changes.
