I offer video or phone sessions in addition to in person office visits for individuals, couples and families. As a mother of five adult children with disorders such as ADHD, bipolar and autism spectrum disorder, I understand the difficulties that mental health challenges can bring to families. I like to keep up to date on the latest therapeutic models such as EMDR and also use the tried and proven models such as CBT and Mindfulness.
