Reaching out is brave-and if you’re here, you’re probably carrying more than you’d like: stress, cravings, shame, grief, relationship strain, or a swirl of all the above. My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can exhale, and be treated with respect. You’re smart and capable, yet patterns keep looping: substance use that started as coping, anxiety that hijacks your day, old trauma that shows up in new ways. Whether that means harm reduction, or abstinence, my job is to meet you there with practical tools, and a plan that actually fits your real life.
