I am a compassionate clinical social worker with certification in sports social work, dedicated to helping individuals and athletes navigate life’s challenges. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore experiences, manage performance-related stress, transitions, and the unique pressures of athletics. Using evidence-based practices and a collaborative approach, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. My goal is to empower each person to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change toward a balanced, fulfilling life.
