I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges. Every day, we go through a series of small revolutions, realizations, adjustments, and changes that expand and contract within our beings. As a mental health practitioner, my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals can release, process, unpack, and unwind. Essentially, it's a space to breathe. Beyond the fundamental skills, my greatest asset lies in the recognition that chaos happens in life- whether it emerges suddenly or accumulates through a series of changes: Chaos can be messy, embarrassing, tragic, life-altering or magnificently liberating. The key aspect to remember is that with the right support, the chaos can be calmed.
