As a therapist, my focus is on listening to people. I work from a holistic and strengths based perspective that is driven by collaboration with and belief in each client. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, young adults, adolescents as well as significant training in family systems work. I believe that good therapy is concentrated on the values of compassion, care, kindness, and an openness to possibilities.
