I'm a Jungian-oriented psychoanalyst. I work with adults seeking to navigate the complexities and challenges of their lives, in particular relationships, issues of self esteem, depression and anxiety, and major life transitions. The goal of our work is to develop a more fruitful relationship with our unconscious – that part of us which can bind us to the past but also points to the future. Over time, we develop a more robust, self-reflective form of experience which breaks through the closed circle of outdated and self-defeating narratives, embraces agency and responsibility, and leads to a life that is full, authentic, and our own.
