My name is Arnold Acquah, MSW, LCSW. My goals as a therapist are to help my clients recognize their capacity for self-sufficiency and self-advocacy, ultimately helping them recognize the power that they wield. My areas of focus include working with adults struggling with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. My job is to help you navigate through the complexities of life so that we can understand the underlying factors that contribute to your current struggles. This understanding may pave the way for us to work towards decreasing the distress you may be experiencing.
