About
Living with depression, trauma, or bipolar disorder can feel like navigating life in constant survival mode—never sure when the next emotional wave will hit. You might cycle between feeling shut down and overwhelmed, struggling to trust your own mind or find stability. I earned my MSW in 2017, and my path into the mental health field began with a desire to better understand myself. Through that process, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of self-awareness, healing, and human connection. I’m inspired daily by the resilience I witness—seeing people reclaim their voice, rediscover hope, and find light in the darkest moments.
