I’m a dedicated therapist specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Certified in trauma, EMDR and trained in Gottman 1 Method, I use an evidence-based approach integrating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness tailored to each client’s needs. My goal is to create a compassionate space for healing, empowering clients to build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster meaningful connections on their path to growth and well-being. I am currently accepting new clients via tele-health and in-person.
