About

My name is Rebecca Troianos, LCPC, PMH-C. I am passionate in creating a warm, comfortable, nonjudgmental environment for all my clients. My goal when working with clients is to increase self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-actualization. I empower clients by building a positive working relationship that connects an individual to their mind and body as a whole. I promote awareness of tension and mind-body control. I also help identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that impact functioning in day to day life. I hope to improve overall emotional regulation and provide coping strategies that are tangible. I have an interest in working with perinatal mental health: postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD. This includes transitional aspects into parenthood for fathers. Another area of interest is sexuality and partner intimacy.
