Personal growth and healing centers around finding and rediscovering the tools to overcome obstacles while developing a unique path towards a healthy quality of life. Exploring and reinforcing inner strength, determination, resilience, and insight are some of the ways that I work with adolescents, college students and adults to assist them on their mental health journey. My approach to counseling stems from an integrative lens in which I incorporate research-based modalities from Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices and Solution-Focused Therapy. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, trauma, self-harm, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem struggles, communication struggles, personal growth and change.
