Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I dedicated 10 years of my life to military service before transitioning to the field of psychotherapy. Since 2007, it has been my privilege to help individuals better understand themselves, communicate more effectively with others, and release toxic shame and guilt that may stand in the way of finding joy and fulfillment in life. I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering individual, family, and partnership therapy. Over the years, I've found that most people seek support in three key areas—relationships, trauma, and addiction—often navigating a combination of these challenges.
