I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I serve adult individuals and couples. I work with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues affecting people across the lifespan: therapy for depression and anxiety, post-partum depression, parenting support, psycho-education, counseling for stress reduction/stress management, career counseling, behavioral interventions, etc. I personalize each treatment approach to the individual client's situation. I also have specialized training in issues of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder. My area of expertise is trauma - in particular, I am interested in helping you understand the impacts of transgenerational transfer of trauma - how the issues you faced in your childhood may be repeated when becoming parents, and how this impacts your parenting and your child's well-being.
