My ideal client is someone navigating identity struggles, mental health challenges, and a disconnect between mind and body. They may be apart of the LGBTQ+ community, males of all ages struggling with toxic masculinity or cultural expectations, or black dealing with trauma related to race or gender. These clients need a safe space to explore their identity, heal from past trauma, and gain emotional clarity. They seek practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and reconnecting with themselves. Their goal is to overcome shame, build self-confidence, and foster healthier relationships—starting with themselves.
