With multicultural competence and experience across India, Ireland, and the USA, I value each client’s unique background and strive to provide culturally sensitive care. In my practice, I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, DBT, and Interpersonal Counseling. As someone with multicultural competence, I deeply value the diverse experiences of each individual, and I strive to tailor my approach to honor and meet the unique needs of every client I work with.
