I work with clients, adolescents through adulthood, in navigating identity, independence, and life transitions. Many struggle to recognize their strengths, manage emotions, or maintain motivation. I draw on my background supporting clients impacted by trauma, neglect, or self-doubt to help those exploring their identities or facing challenges expressing emotions. In addition, I have extensive experience working with athletes through my work as an athletic trainer, supporting them through performance pressures, transitions, and personal growth, while fostering resilience and self-confidence in all areas of life.
