Let's be honest- we all have something that we could use additional help navigating. I'm passionate about providing support to teens and adults looking to gain awareness, understanding, and skills to manage life changes, interpersonal relationships, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, and PTSD. Reaching out to a therapist is one of the more difficult steps a person can take towards healing. I'm dedicated to helping others increase their belief in their abilities to set and achieve goals. During our first session, I will briefly share a bit about myself and my practice at the start of the hour. Then, after you introduce yourself, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and identify your goals. Towards the end of the hour, I will offer feedback and suggest ways I can help you reach your goals. If you are interested in continuing with me, we will discuss scheduling follow-up sessions.
