So many things that we have to navigate in life can feel overwhelming and the struggle can feel unwinnable. You don’t have to do it alone! We can work together to make a plan for making sure you have the tools you need to deal with any situation that arises in life, the big and the small and everything in between. I am a compassionate understanding open minded person who approaches mental health treatment through a trauma informed lens.
