Hi, I’m Ashanti Smith, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adolescents and adults across Louisiana through both telehealth and in-person sessions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, hopeless, or unsure how to put your feelings into words, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of life adjustment, identity exploration, or while healing from trauma, and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
