I’ve worked in hospice, medical settings, long-term care, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and community-based roles, giving me a deep understanding of how people heal at every stage of life. I have extensive experience across trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and veteran support.
