As a therapist, I believe that change is possible and that everyone has the inner strength to overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to help you or your loved ones uncover that strength, develop new skills, and move toward lasting emotional growth. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism, relationship or communication issues, or lack of motivation, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where healing and progress can occur. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, helping clients navigate transitions, manage stress, and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a school counselor, which gave me deep insight into the unique challenges children and adolescents face at school and at home.
