I am now accepting new clients in VA & MD. Hello! Something I have learned as a clinician is that the most important part of therapy is the rapport we have with the individuals we work with. Each person has their own challenges in life, and sometimes we need a little help along the way. I am here to help you along your journey to being the best version of yourself and work through some of the life experiences that you may have a hard time navigating. You don't have to do this alone. Together, we will work to get through these hard times and accomplish your personal goals. I take a person-centered, strength-based approach, focusing on improving awareness, problem solving skills, mindfulness, and implementing healthy coping skills. I have a certificate in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and believe that by creating healthier narratives and challenging negative beliefs, you will find your way towards healing.
