I have a passion for working with individuals to help them achieve the highest quality of life possible through use of problem-solving and healthy coping. My areas of specialty include substance use treatment, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss, crisis management, and couples work. In counseling, I endeavor to provide a safe space for individuals to share concerns and struggles they are experiencing, while exploring strategies with them for improved wellness.
