It takes courage to move toward making changes in each of our lives. As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and interactive feedback to help my clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. My sensitivity and compassion, helps bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. With an integration of various methods, I draw from multiple styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual client.
