I am a licensed mental health and substance abuse therapist. I am person-centered with my clients and I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist you in managing a wide array of challenges including depression, anxiety, life transitions, family/relationship problems, and more. I develop a partnership with my clients so we can work together toward achievement of their goals. I strive to provide a therapeutic setting in which clients feel comfortable sharing thoughts and feelings, while also developing a sense of empowerment.
