About

I earned a Masters and an Educational Specialist Degree in School and Community Psychology from Seton Hall University, and a Doctorate of Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I specialize in assisting school-aged children through young adults in areas such as: self-regulation, anxiety, depression, anger management, coping skills, social skills, school issues, and learning disabilities. Additionally, I specialize in psychological assessment, which allows me to develop a person's profile of cognitive strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized academic and social-emotional interventions. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and received doctoral level training in Neuropsychological evaluations from PCOM. My therapeutic approach is focused on assisting my clients in identifying negative thinking patterns that lead to dysfunctional behaviors and support them in changing these habits.
