My passion is working with men, women, and children from a wide range of backgrounds. Some of these include: trauma, anxiety/depression, relationship struggles, boundaries work, people pleasing tendencies, and those struggling with chronic pain. Through working with you from a holistic and autonomous approach, my hope is that you will find healing and a greater self-purpose. I'm an advocate for doing parts work and am certified in Brainspotting.
