Ashley (Avalie Grace) Williams believes in the idea that each individual is the expert in their own life, so her approach to therapy is to engage in the process on the client's terms. Therapy is meant to be a little uncomfortable at times, so she will gently encourage stepping outside of one's comfort zone, but she makes sure that her clients know they are always the ones in control, navigating their path of healing, which looks different for everyone!
