I take a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practices with a genuine respect for each person’s unique life experiences. My style is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in active listening. I also bring in humor when it helps lighten the load and makes the process feel more natural. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from residential care to community clinics. These experiences give me perspective on the many challenges people face, and they guide me in creating a space for healing and growth.
