As a therapist, my role is to guide you along the sometimes messy, yet always rewarding path toward achieving optimal wellness - whatever that might mean for you. Everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves and I want to help you get there. I have a passion for helping adolescent and young adult women navigate big life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, general stress, body image and self esteem issues, people pleasing tendencies and perfectionism, break ups, troubles trying to conceive and more.
